If you're looking for a new Family Physician our office provides a variety of services to offer.  We specialize in handling Ohio Workers Compensation claims, children immunizations, and all your family healthcare needs. We accept most medical insurances, such as Molina, Medicaid, Medicare, UHC and Aetna to name a few. We do not accept CareSource.  Our office is a walk-in facility only items needed are photo ID and insurance card.
